These are measurements taken in production this week, processing one document at a time.

A document with a QR code is faster because the authoritative fields are read straight out of the QR code instead of out of the document — see How it works.

Queueing adds to that​

Those numbers are the processing time of a single document. A document that waits in a queue adds its wait on top:

  • In the regular queue, your document waits behind the other regular documents ahead of it.
  • On the fast track, your document skips the regular backlog entirely — fast-track documents are always processed before regular ones.

The row itself tells you where it stands while it waits, for example (working…) (2nd · ~2 min), and the estimate updates live. See Queues and credits.
