The documents stay with us

Recognition runs on MagniFinance's own infrastructure. No third-party AI service receives your documents — not the PDFs, not the photos, not the data read out of them.

The file never travels in the queue

What goes into the processing queue is the job, not the document. The file itself stays where it was stored; when a worker picks the job up, it fetches the file through a short-lived private link that is valid for one day.

So the file is not copied into the queue, and a queue entry on its own does not give access to a document.

Each user sees only their own queue

Queue information — position, estimated wait, state — is scoped to the user who owns the document. Each user only sees the queue information for their own documents.
